Our client is a developer/contractor focused on major new build residential and mixed-use schemes across the country.
They are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on-site in Westminster for a large mixed-use residential development.
The project consists of multiple phases, with the candidate assigned to phase 2, which includes 152 units and has a build cost of 35 million.
Candidates should have experience in major residential developments, specifically with RC Frame projects.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from 45k to 50k, along with a comprehensive package and bonus system.

Now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Westminster. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 2, 152 units in total - 35m build cost.

The role will report into the Senior QS.

Our client is seeking applications from candidates with experience of major residential developments (RC Frame).

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 45k - 50k + full package and bonus system.
