A global, multi-disciplinary real estate and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic London team, located just minutes from Liverpool Street Station. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the lead on landmark Commercial projects across London and the South East, including:
- Office fit-outs and CAT A/B refurbishments
- Large-scale mixed-use developments
- Industrial sheds and logistics hubs
- Retail and hospitality rollouts
You'll work closely with the Head of Cost Management, running your own projects, managing key client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. With real autonomy from day one, this is a clear route to future Partnership within a business that rewards impact, not tenure.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- MRICS or working towards.
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy.
- Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- A successful track record of delivering Commercial projects from start to finish.
- The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
- Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level.
