The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a wide portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including:
- Commercial offices
- Education & healthcare
- High-end residential & student living
- Industrial sheds
- Retail, hotels & leisure
You'll be responsible for full project delivery, from pre-contract through to final account, while managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development.
This role offers a clear and supported pathway to Director level - ideal for an Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more strategic responsibility within a forward-thinking and collaborative consultancy.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
- Excellent Pre & post contract experience
- MRICS is a must
- Ambitious, proactive & client facing
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, managing small teams alongside business development
