The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a prime opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to drive the delivery of some of the UK's most iconic projects, spanning mixed-use developments, commercial offices, retail spaces, and life sciences innovation hubs.
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of project delivery, building and managing key client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of talent. You'll play a central role in business development alongside the senior leadership team-securing new opportunities, growing market share, and influencing the strategic direction of the consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- MRICS or actively working towards
- Strong pre & post contract experience
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion and managing QSs
- Varied sector experience is beneficial
- Consultancy background within the UK is essential
- Driven, commercially savvy, and client-centric approach
