The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious multi-disciplinary consultancy practice that specialises in both high end commercial fitout and super-prime projects ranging from £10 million to over £100 million. The consultancy works on some of the most exclusive residential and commercial projects in prime central London, with select high-profile schemes in Europe, the Caribbean, and the USA.

Youll work closely with the Director of Cost Management, who will actively support your progression to Senior and Associate level as soon as youre ready, including your APC if you are not qualified.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full cost management services across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and contract administration.

Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts, ensuring financial control and reporting accuracy.

Contribute to the consultancys ongoing success, with a clear pathway to a Senior or Associate role.

Requirements

Proven experience in the commercial or super-prime or high-end construction sector, ideally within a consultancy.

Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement strategies, and contract administration.

Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a high-calibre team.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Willingness to engage with select international projects as required.
