About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the Commercial Lead on a project valued up to 200m. You will be working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over 1bn and constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. This project is based within the City of London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. You will be working full-time site-based.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
- Carry out cash flow reporting
- Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline
- Final Accounts
- Managing the upstream and downstream process
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience in leading 50m+ projects at a Main Contractor
- Live within commutable distance to London
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Managed a team of Quantity Surveyors before
