Are you a hands on Estimator/Quantity Surveyor or similar who's worked their way up the ranks in construction, with good pricing experience in groundworks, drainage and concrete frames looking for your next career opportunity where you will become a team leader and be responsible for your own department?

In this role, the successful Estimator/Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for pricing drainage, concrete and groundworks, as well as tracking labour and material costs and would be responsible for training up the Junior Estimator.

The ideal Estimator/Quantity Surveyor would have come from hands on construction background, specialising in concrete, drainage and groundworks as well as being confident and enthusiastic about working within a team as the single Estimator in a busy department.

The Role:

  • Determining costs for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
  • Responsible for the Junior Estimator
  • Examining projects and weighing in on their cost-effectiveness

The Person:

  • Has experience as a practical Tier 2 Estimator
  • Experience pricing for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
  • Good at working within a team
  • Understands the whole construction site and build
