I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London to work on new build residential projects within London and the home counties.
Projects are - a 18million new build residential development with commercial units in North London and a 8 million new build TRAD residential block of apartments also North West London.
Key duties will be - managing trade packages together, overseeing all payments to subcontractors, managing tender returns, producing weekly cost forecasting & produce CVR's. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
