A well-established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy located in Central London areseeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company provides a wide range of services in Cost Management and Project Management, working across both the public and private sectors.

With a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects and a commitment to developing early-career professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to build a successful career in Quantity Surveying.

About the Role

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle and receive structured support toward achieving RICS APC chartership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation

  • Supporting the delivery of cost plans and feasibility studies

  • Assisting with contract administration and project reporting

  • Supporting the management of project final accounts

  • Gaining exposure to life cycle costing

This role offers a clear progression pathway and is ideal for a graduate with ambition to develop within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About You

  • Recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS-accredited preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Keen to work toward chartership (APC)

  • A proactive and team-oriented approach

  • Some work placement or internship experience in a consultancy or construction environment is desirable but not essential
