THE COMPANY
A globally recognised consultancy, renowned for delivering world-class infrastructure and construction projects, is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing London team. THE ROLE
You will support senior commercial staff in delivering pre- and post-contract services across high-value infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, engineers, and project managers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience on NEC contracts, contribute to major UK infrastructure programmes, and work in a progressive, structured environment that champions professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and valuations

  • Support in the preparation of cost reports, change management, and final accounts

  • Engage with stakeholders and support project delivery to client expectations

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

THE CANDIDATE

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Ideally 2–5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role

  • Exposure to NEC contracts and large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Working towards chartership (RICS or equivalent) or recently qualified

  • A proactive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
