We have partnered up with a longstanding client who are going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to bolster their commercial team by bringing in a Managing Quantity Surveyor within the London area to oversee commercial aspects of Civil Engineering projects across London!

My client is a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor client in the Civil Engineering Industry.

Role Purpose:
Contract Management: Oversee NEC Contract administration and reporting, focusing on change management.
Value Engineering: Lead efforts in value engineering, from Compensation Event Quotation development to formal submission and negotiation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
Risk Management: Lead Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, providing commercial risk advice to the wider project team.
Commercial Governance: Ensure compliance with commercial governance and maintain accurate commercial records.
