The Role:
We are seeking two Preconstruction Managers to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that values creativity, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preconstruction activities from initial client engagement through to project handover.
- Develop and manage tender strategies, cost plans, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive value engineering and innovative approaches to meet project objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Background: Ideally from a Design & Build environment, with experience in commercial office fit-out required, but we will also consider exceptional Quantity Surveyors with strong commercial acumen and excellent client facing skills
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills are essential. Technical skills can be developed internally, but interpersonal excellence is non-negotiable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for delivering quality.
