My client, a consultancy practice who provide quantity surveying, project management and CDM consultancy services are currently on the lookout for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate will be working on commercial projects which are generally based in Central London. The role will involve assisting senior project surveyors from the cost planning stage through design development, tender, adjudicate, appointment and all post contract services including agreement of final account.
The company have several live schemes with some large commercial clients including cut and carve projects with new facades and Cat A fit out.
Requirements:
~ Must hold a Quantity Surveying Degree
~ Minimum 3 years in a consultancy environment
~ APC candidate/ Working Towards APC (Preferred)
~ Experience working in the Commercial Sector
