An experienced project Quantity Surveyor (QS) is needed for a leading fit-out contractor working on a £12m fit-out project in the City.
The candidate will be based on-site and assist the Senior QS with daily tasks.
The project value may increase to £15m and involves a cut and carve CAT A fit-out.
Responsibilities include managing subcontract packages, changes, payments, and final accounts.
Candidates should have experience with medium-sized projects and be self-motivated to support the Senior QS effectively.

Experienced project QS required to work for leading fit-out contractor on a £12m fitout project in the City. The experienced candidate will be based on site and help out the Senior QS with all day to day tasks.

This project's is £12m in value which might creep to £15m and is a cut and carv CAT A project.

All day to day duties apply including looking after subcontract packages and changes, payments through to final account etc.

The experienced QS will be used to working on medium sized projects and be self motivated, to take the work load off the Senior QS on a day to day basis.
