This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as an Project Quantity Surveyor, where you will be managing numerous projects for TfL, including station upgrades and maintenance frameworks, and assisting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager.

Salary: 拢45,000 - 拢55,000 per annum DOE
Location: London + 1 day working from home per week

In this role you will be responsible for issuing Applications for Payment and variations, and managing subcontractors on 3 different station refurbishment projects, and assisting with an ongoing maintenance framework for TFL.

Requirements:
路Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred
路Experience working on NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, preferably option A
路3 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor
路Experience using cloud-based systems, Asite and CEMAR, beneficial 聽
路Experience working on rail projects for a contractor preferred, but would look at candidates from other industries
路MRICS preferred
