Project Quantity Surveyor - London
Independent Construction Consultancy | Design-Led Projects | Collaborative Culture

I'm working with a construction consultancy that has built its reputation on thoughtful delivery, intelligent advice, and long-term client partnerships. Their projects range across commercial, mixed-use, and high-end residential sectors, each one approached with the same balance of creativity and commercial focus.

I'm looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London team - someone who enjoys working closely with design teams and clients, shaping how projects are delivered rather than just measuring outcomes. This is a role for a QS who values quality of service, professional respect, and genuine collaboration.

The role
You'll be delivering full pre- and post-contract cost management services, from feasibility through to completion. You'll be part of project teams that value your input early - cost planning, procurement advice, and strategic decision-making all play a part here. It's a role that offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on schemes that make an impact.

What you'll bring

  • Around 3-7 years' experience within a cost consultancy environment
  • MRICS qualified or working towards it
  • Strong technical understanding across cost planning, procurement and contract administration
  • Curiosity and commercial awareness - you enjoy solving problems and contributing ideas
  • Confidence engaging with clients, consultants and design teams alike

Why this could be right for you
You'll be joining a consultancy that values substance over noise - where directors are approachable, where collaboration is natural, and where your growth will be actively supported. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed, with room to shape your path and be recognised for the quality of your work.

If you're a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for meaningful projects, autonomy, and a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly, I'd love to tell you more.

Location: Central London (hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive, with strong benefits and clear progression
