Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead both pre- and post-contract duties across a mix of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans, tender packages, and procurement strategies
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, valuations, and variations under JCT forms
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will liaise with clients and consultants, contributing to successful project delivery
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and help maintain a collaborative culture
- The Project Quantity Surveyor will play an active role in business development and client retention
Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)
- Solid understanding of JCT contracts and project lifecycle
- Experience delivering residential or commercial projects in London
- Professional, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
- Working towards MRICS or recently chartered
