About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a successful Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor on projects ranging from 5m - 30m within Cat A & Cat B Commercial Fit Out. Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Assisting Seniors with day-to-day responsibilities
- Handling subcontractor packages
- Adhering to contractual requirements
- Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
- Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes
- Site Meetings
- Final Accounts
Key Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Minimum 5 years experience at a Main/Fit Out Contractor
- Live within commutable distance to Central London
- Degree in construction related subject is ideal but not essential
- Ambitious and personable Quantity Surveyor
