About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a successful Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor on projects ranging from 5m - 30m within Cat A & Cat B Commercial Fit Out. Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:

  • Assisting Seniors with day-to-day responsibilities

  • Adhering to contractual requirements
  • Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
  • Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes
  • Site Meetings
  • Final Accounts

Key Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:

  • Minimum 5 years experience at a Main/Fit Out Contractor
  • Live within commutable distance to Central London
  • Degree in construction related subject is ideal but not essential
  • Ambitious and personable Quantity Surveyor
