The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a team of 35 top-tier Commercial specialists, delivering landmark schemes across Central London-towering skyscrapers, high-spec offices, large-scale refurbishments, and major repurposing projects.
These projects move fast, demand sharp thinking, and offer real variety. With a flat structure and big growth plans, your career progression is based on talent-not time served.
The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
- MRICS qualification (or working towards)
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)
- Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
