Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its established London office, based in the City.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to take a senior position working on a strong pipeline of industrial and logistics new-build projects. The role offers genuine career progression within a dynamic and well-regarded team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

  • Advise clients on procurement strategies and administer contracts

  • Undertake risk management and value engineering to optimise project outcomes

  • Manage cost control processes, financial reporting, and ensure projects are delivered within budget

  • Work closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification or currently working towards chartership

  • Strong track record delivering cost management services on new-build construction projects

  • Excellent working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes

  • Exceptional client-facing and negotiation skills

  • Previous experience with industrial and logistics projects is desirable but not essential
