One of the UK’s leading Property and Infrastructure Consultancies is seeking Quantity Surveyors to deliver a range of high-profile infrastructure projects across London and the wider region. Projects include transport schemes, utilities, large-scale civil engineering works, and public sector infrastructure developments.

THE POSITION

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor at any level—from intermediate to Associate—to support and manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include cost planning, procurement, contract administration, budget monitoring, and commercial reporting. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role provides exposure to a variety of infrastructure project types and a clear career progression pathway.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant degree and ideally be working towards or hold Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent)

  • Have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy, contractor, or infrastructure environments

  • Demonstrate experience delivering infrastructure projects, including transport, utilities, civil engineering, or public sector developments

  • Be confident managing commercial aspects of projects at their current level, with the ability to progress to higher responsibility

  • Possess strong numerical, analytical, and client-facing skills

  • Be proactive, organised, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
