Quantity Surveyor Super Prime Small Works

Central London | £1m£4m Projects

A leading super prime contractor based in central London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Small Works division. Specialising in the delivery of luxury residential projects for ultra-high-net-worth clients, this is an exciting opportunity to manage a range of high-quality refurbishment and fit-out schemes valued between £1 million and £4 million.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a selection of prestigious projects, working closely with project leaders and site teams to ensure the financial success and efficient delivery of each scheme. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own projects while being part of a supportive commercial team with strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Full cost management across multiple projects within the £1m£4m range

Preparation of cost plans, budgets, tender packages, and contract documentation

Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation of terms and contract management

Manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts

Close liaison with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment

Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain excellent cash flow control

About You:

A qualified Quantity Surveyor with 25+ years experience in the luxury residential or high-end commercial construction sector

A strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and cost control

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in central London

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and client interaction
