Quantity Surveyor

Redstone Recruitment are looking for a permanent QS to join a busy heritage restoration company in central London.

You will be responsible for cost control, managing costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), planning budgets, and cost reporting. You will work closely with the conservation and construction teams to ensure projects are completed within budget.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the construction or conservation industry is preferable
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related subject
