An expanding, close-knit multidisciplinary Quantity Surveying practice with a prestigious client portfolio is seeking a confident and client-facing Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Central London.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team of 11 Quantity Surveyors, ranging from recent graduates to senior professionals. The practice is experiencing a significant increase in workload and now requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their growing pipeline of high-profile, complex projects.
Working directly alongside the Owners, the successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in the firm's long-term succession plan. This is a genuine opportunity to fast-track your career to Directorship and, ultimately, ownership of the business.
Day-to-day, the Quantity Surveyor will lead on a diverse portfolio of prestigious projects - including work for luxury retail clients such as Harrods - while mentoring junior team members and actively contributing to business development.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
- Robust pre and post contract experience
- Proven project delivery across a range of sectors
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Ambitious, driven and forward-thinking
