My client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their business on a large engineering project.
Paying £400 a shift + Work from Home + 1 – 2 years of work + Weekly Payments
My client works on M&E biased projects but hasn’t stipulated that the ideal candidate needs to have this sector experience.
The client requires someone to work on the following duties:
Overview/ Responsibilities:
- You will need good experience on NEC3 contracts (Option A & C)
- Technical understanding and experience of reviewing contracts for negotiation.
- Produce detailed cost & sale report monthly.
- Plan, organise and manage the activities associated with the surveying of project.
- To provide financial reporting in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify any variations/risks to contracted works.
The projects range in size from £0.5 – 2.5m in size covering Security Systems such as Electrical and Security Systems such as CCTV.
Salary ranges from £400 – 425 a shift based on experience with weekly payments.
