- Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (dependent on experience)

Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview
- Managing logistics costs across a diverse range of projects, including residential developments, sports facilities, highways, bridges, schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial buildings, as assigned by the line manager.
- Conducting cost analysis for both construction and logistics activities.
- Supporting the establishment of client requirements and contributing to feasibility studies.
- Assisting in risk assessment, value management, and cost control measures.
- Helping prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.
- Identifying, analysing, and assisting in developing strategies to manage commercial risks.
- Supporting the preparation and evaluation of tender costings.
Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Logistics experience advantageous
- Subcontracting background advantageous
- Construction Knowledge
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when needed
