Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a flagship New Build Residential project comprising 93 high-specification apartments. As a key member of the commercial team, you will take responsibility for cost management, procurement, subcontractor management, and financial reporting to ensure the successful delivery of this prestigious development.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of the residential new build project.

Prepare and present detailed cost reports and valuations.

Procure subcontractors and manage contract administration.

Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and design teams.

Monitor and control project budgets and provide financial forecasts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects.

Background working for Tier One Main Contractors or similar large-scale construction companies.

Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
