Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Remuneration: £55 - 59K + benefits package
Location: North London
O’Neill and Brennan are currently representing a major tier 1 contractor who have an immediate requirement for a quantity Surveyor experience of working for Tier 1 principle contractors in the UK market. You would initially be based on a project they have in North London which is a mixed use commercial and residential project.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track. Additionally, you will advise clients and contractors on compliance issues and commercial risks associated with their projects and procure the necessary building permits to ensure the construction works comply with building regulations.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Relevant surveying or cost planning qualifications
- Experience for working for a Tier 1 principle contractor within the UK construction industry
- Steady work history with demonstrated ability of going the distance with a company
