Quantity Surveyor - Marylebone Office
Location:
Marylebone, Central London (office-based role with some site visits)
Role:Quantity Surveyor within a growing commercial team, working across high-quality new build PBSA (student accommodation) and luxury hotel schemes
Salary:£60,000 - £90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost planning and pre-acquisition assessments
-
Prepare feasibility studies, benchmarking and early budgets
-
Produce and manage elemental cost plans (RIBA Stages 1-4)

Advise design team on cost implications and value engineering

Manage procurement strategy and tender processes
-
Evaluate and negotiate contractor and consultant packages

Use Bluebeam (or similar) for measurement and take-offs
-
Oversee live site delivery from a commercial perspective

Monitor budgets, process valuations, and manage variations
-
Maintain cost reports, forecast cashflows, and support funding drawdowns

Liaise across development, construction, and delivery functions
-
Support contract admin and final account processes

Engage in commercial decisions that impact the wider project lifecycle
