As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the project team, overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of schemes typically ranging between £5m – £20m. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tenders

• Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiation

• Monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle

• Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Working closely with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the high-end or prime residential sector

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing ability

• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and precision

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS desirable)

• Salary up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
