Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of major fit out and refurbishment projects. You'll be responsible for managing costs, valuations, procurement and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience on large-scale commercial fit out or refurbishment projects (10m-50m)
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills
- Ability to manage complex procurement and subcontractor packages
- Experience working in fast-paced, design-led environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A track record of delivering projects from early stages through to final account
