An established and forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative and growing London office (near Southwark), home to over 100 professionals - including a supportive cost management team of 20+.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work across a mix of local authority, education, and residential projects - acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent. This dual role gives you real involvement and influence across the full project lifecycle.

You'll join a team that values individual ambition, with career paths tailored to your goals - whether that's moving up to Senior QS, stepping into management, or becoming more client-facing. The company is well-known for recognising potential early and shaping roles around each team member's strengths.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Public Sector or Local Authority or Residential project experience
