A vibrant, forward-thinking Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their sociable and growing team of 15 in Central London (near Fenchurch St).
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants real project responsibility, APC support, and exposure to major schemes in a modern, non-corporate environment.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with Senior Surveyors and Directors, contributing to high-value projects ranging from 5m to 200m. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement through to final account.
Projects include:
- Modern commercial offices
- High-spec residential developments
- Co-living and student accommodation
- Healthcare and mixed-use schemes
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to accelerate their career in a supportive, fast-paced team, while working towards chartership through structured APC support.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- 3+ years' UK consultancy experience
- Good pre & post contract experience
- Eager to work towards APC and achieve chartership
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
