About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. Working across NEC-based contracts, you will support the delivery of key infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual compliance, and successful commercial performance.

This role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to develop towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

With the additional projects secured and their existing client their projects can range from 5 to 100M+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the commercial management of NEC contracts across live projects
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities, estimates, and cost plans
  • Support valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Conduct measurement and pricing of works
  • Participate in procurement and tender processes
  • Maintain cost control, forecasting, and project reporting
  • Work closely with project delivery teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within civil or construction
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contract forms
  • Excellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Competent in MS Office and relevant QS software
