Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Contractor (Social Housing Planned Maintenance)
Location: Ealing
Salary: Up to £60,000 package

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to join a respected Tier One contractor with a strong reputation in the social housing sector? Our client is a leading main contractor delivering high-quality planned maintenance programmes across London, and they are now looking to expand their commercial team with a dedicated QS based in Ealing.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of a range of social housing planned maintenance projects. You’ll be working within an established team and trusted by the business to manage costs, support project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial and financial aspects of planned maintenance schemes

  • Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts

  • Assess subcontractor payments and procurement activities

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations

  • Liaise with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners

  • Identify opportunities to improve value and efficiency

About You:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing, planned maintenance, or refurbishment

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of maintenance frameworks

  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
