The Quantity Surveyor Role
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required:
- Cost planning & valuations
- Change control & contract administration
- Procurement support
- Interim & final accounts
- Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
