We are working with a leading UK main contractor at the forefront of the construction industry, delivering a high-profile mixed-use project valued at £100m. Due to growth on this scheme, we are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management across the project, split between the office and site.

This Quantity Surveyor role would suit someone with experience in mixed-use developments, with a focus on cost management, procurement support, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all commercial aspects of the project from office and site

  • Preparing and reviewing cost reports, budgets, and forecasts

  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and variations

  • Supporting risk and value engineering assessments

  • Assisting project management team with cost planning and commercial advice

  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies

  • Supporting the commercial team as a point of contact for project matters

Experience & Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale mixed-use projects

  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual procedures

  • Experience with cost management, procurement, and contract administration

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to split time effectively between office and site environments

  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying; working towards RICS preferred
