A respected multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their established London office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team delivering diverse projects across the UK.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost management duties across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and regeneration. Supporting both pre- and post-contract phases, the Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, architects and engineers to ensure effective cost control and successful project outcomes.

This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with previous UK consultancy experience who is keen to work on a varied workload and continue progressing their career within a collaborative environment. The role offers clear development opportunities, including support towards MRICS if required.

Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost plans, budgets and procurement strategies
  • Producing tender documentation and managing tender processes
  • Assisting with valuations, change control and final accounts
  • Advising on financial control and contract administration
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related subject
  • Progressing towards MRICS or recently chartered (preferred)
  • Experience in a UK consultancy or multidisciplinary setting
  • Knowledge across various sectors including residential or commercial
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
