Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role for 3 to 5 days.
Project -Cat A fit-out of a 5-storey commercial building, including extensions to the 4th and 5th floors. Works comprised a new lift shaft, building services, toilets, bike store, and new faade, delivered under a JCT Design & Build contract.
Responsibilities included procurement, subcontractor contract set-up, applications for payment, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
