Key responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly cost-value reports and financial forecasts.
- Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts, handle variations, and resolve disputes.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
- Ensure projects comply with health and safety regulations.
Academic qualifications:
- Previous Quantity Surveyor mixed-use Construction or Refurbishmentexpereincenecessary.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional qualifications and RICS membership are highly valued for career progression.
