  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
  • Ensure projects comply with health and safety regulations.

Academic qualifications:

  • Previous Quantity Surveyor mixed-use Construction or Refurbishmentexpereincenecessary.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional qualifications and RICS membership are highly valued for career progression.
