With one of their key clients potentially passing additional work their way, a personable team of quantity surveyors is looking to grow by appointing a client facing Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a mix of higher education and healthcare projects, taking small projects on from inception to completion, whilst also providing pre and post contract support to the senior members of the team.
The new Quantity Surveyor will be joining a London-based quantity surveying consultancy that prioritises quality of work and genuinely invests in and cares about its staff and clients.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- PQS / Consultancy background
- M&E / take-off knowledge, experience, or a willingness to learn would be ideal
- Able to lead a project with senior support
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- MRICS or working towards
- Client facing / take pride in your work
