Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost planning, procurement, and pre/post-contract services on live projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and financial reports
- Lead contract administration using JCT and NEC forms
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain clear communication
- Conduct valuations, assess variations, and support dispute resolution
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to team culture and technical delivery
Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
- RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Solid knowledge of procurement, cost management, and contract admin
- Comfortable working across a range of sectors (public/private infrastructure, commercial etc.)
- Strong communicator, client-facing, and highly organised
- On the APC pathway or recently chartered
