A down-to-earth, high-quality Quantity Surveying consultancy is continuing to grow by appointing a personable Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
Working from their plush, modern, London offices, the new Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor on a mixture of high-end residential, education, and historic buildings.
Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be running projects from inception to completion, including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- 4+ years quantity surveying experience
- Worked within a UK cost consultancy / PQS / cost management practice
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing, personable, team-focused character
- Residential project experience would be a plus
