Quantity Surveyor to work as an essential part of a commercial team on a multi phase RC Frame residential project in East London.

About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be to work initially on an existing phase of a major RC Frame residential development taking the fit out packages through to completion. Then move on to a new phase in early 2026 where you will work closely with the wider commercial team to manage the procurement of a variety of packages through to final accounting.

Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a process driven Quantity Surveyor who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor or developer background and be competent in managing the downstream process, have an understanding of the reporting process and and have strong commercial acumen. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is opportunity to progress your career with the team.

  • Degree in a construction related subject
  • Experience with another main contractor or RC Frame Developer
  • Capable of working with autonomy managing subcontractor packages and payments
  • Willing to work 5 days per week on site in East London
