Fomac agency is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a site-based role in central London.
The position involves high-standard mansion house project refurbishment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and a degree in quantity surveying.
The salary for this role is competitive, commensurate with experience, and proficiency in relevant software applications is advantageous.
A valid CSCS card is required, and while MRICS or MCIOB is desirable, it is not essential.

Fomac agency require an experienced Quantity surveyor. This role will be site based located in central London. The job will be a high standard mansion house project refurbishment and a successful applicant will have:

- minimum of 5 years experience working as a quantity surveyor

- a degree in quantity surveying

- proven experience in cost estimation and cost control within the construction industry

- proficient in all relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is an advantage

- hold a valid CSCS card

- MRICS or MCIOB desirable (not essential)

- strong knowledge of contracts and legal principles

- Experienced in re-measurement, valuations, and supply chain negotiation

- a right to work in the UK
