Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Tier One Main Contractor working on a flagship £50m new build commercial project in Central London.
We’re looking for a commercially astute professional with a Main Contractor background and proven new build project experience. You’ll play a key role in delivering commercial management, cost control, and reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor

Proven track record on new build construction projects

Strong knowledge of UK building contracts and procurement routes

Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
Responsibilities:

Manage and report project costs from pre-construction to final account

Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management

Monthly valuations and cost reporting

Ensure compliance with contract terms and project objectives
