You will operate within an established Cost Consultancy team, delivering full commercial leadership across significant projects. The role offers autonomy, client exposure, and a clear pathway to increased earnings through a structured bonus scheme tied directly to performance and value delivered.

This position suits a Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy background in commercial or industrial projects, with ambition, looking to materially increase earnings while strengthening their professional standing.

THE ROLE:

• Leading full cost consultancy services from feasibility through to final account
  * Delivering high-level cost planning, estimating, and commercial reporting
  * Preparing and managing tender and contract documentation (BoQs, Schedules of Works)
  * Contract administration across JCT, NEC, GC Works, and PPC 2000
  * Managing procurement strategies including single and two-stage tendering
  * Measurement using manual methods and CAD Measure
  * Hybrid working from the London office

THE PERSON:

• Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background in industrial or commercial projects
  * MRICS qualified
  * London-based
