3D Personnel is working with a well-established and forward-thinking building services contractor seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team. Role Summary:
The Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects. Working closely with project teams and clients, the successful candidate will ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
  • Conducting detailed cost analysis and risk assessments.
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Monitoring project progress and producing accurate financial reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve commercial issues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in building services or construction.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software
