Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing all commercial and cost aspects of large-scale construction projects as aSenior Quantity Surveyor.
Managing budgets, contracts, and cost variations to ensure financial targets are met.
Working closely with project teams and reporting directly to senior management.
Providing expert cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
Has at least 5 years experience in aSenior QSrole within the construction industry.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
