The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal leadership role, spearheading the delivery of prestigious, luxury residential projects alongside a dynamic range of commercial schemes. Typical project values sit between £20m-£30m, with future prospects to work on landmark developments soaring past £60m!

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full ownership of the project lifecycle - from cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final account negotiations. You'll have the chance to mentor junior surveyors, shape internal processes, and work closely with Directors to drive business development and strengthen key client relationships.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• MRICS or actively working towards
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
• The desire to manage a small team
• Luxury / High End project experience
